Census Questions

Even before Covid-19 arrived Census 2021 was planned to be a Digital First Census with most people completing the form online. ONS now has no expectation that it will be possible to provide face-to-face help to people to complete Census forms. Census Support Centres cannot at this time be classed as an "essential" service. Census Support Centre staff will not be able to support residents complete their Census questionnaire due to security and confidentiality restrictions. More »

It is hoped that most people will be able to complete their form themselves online or with the help of a family member. Each address in the country will be sent a 12 digit household access code to enter at www.census.gov.uk. It will also be possible to get help, a paper questionnaire or to complete on the telephone at the ONS Contact Centre: 0800 141 2021 this number will be operating from 1st March. » Less

New local health apps library to manage your health and wellbeing from home manage your health and wellbeing from home

Online and digital health and wellbeing services have seen a huge boom in recent years but with thousands of apps out there it can be hard to know what is trustworthy. More »

That's why Derbyshire County Council has been working in partnership with The Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps (ORCHA) to develop a new digital apps library.

Health and care professionals and Derbyshire residents can now search and download from 100s of quality assured health and wellbeing apps.

All of the apps on the new library have undergone rigorous checks by ORCHA to ensure that they are of the highest possible quality.

All the apps have been reviewed against over 300 criteria including ease of use, clinical/professional assurance and data and privacy.

Apps include help with mental wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and even long-term condition management.
